What will happen at my appointment?

At the first appointment a full consultation is carried out to determine the nature of the client's concerns. This is completely confidential and allows the  treatment to be tailored to the individual.

During hypnosis, you are not asleep or unconscious so you remain in control at all times. Often you will be taught "self-hypnosis" which means that you have the ability to take control of your own situation whenever you feel the need to do so.

No matter what issues you’re facing, get ready to free yourself from the negative, subconscious blocks that are holding you back.
